 The website of the source is Skinny Taste.This is the recipe I used as a reference.（ https://www.skinnytaste.com/navel-orange-salad-with-avocado/ ） I  made a salad called Navel Orange Salad with Avocado.  I found the recipe on the Skinny Taste website, authored by Gina.  Her food philosophy is to eat seasonal, clean, whole foods and maintain proper portion control.  This blog focuses on providing delicious and healthy recipes suitable for all types of diets.   I chose this recipe because I wanted to make an easy salad that looked fancy.   I bought ingredients at a supermarket called Cupid.  Unfortunately I couldn't find all the ingredients, so I substituted Mionella oranges for the Navel oranges and lettuce for all the mixed baby greens.  Also, it was difficult to cut the tangerines into octagons according to the recipe, so I cut them into crescent shapes.  There are two good things about this recipe.  First，it's very easy to cook.  It's  completed just by cutting the mate

 On this day, I did karaoke with my friends from 20:00 at night to 4:30 in the morning.I sang for a long time, but I wasn't sleepy.It was a lot of fun singing all the way while eating snacks.After returning home, I also enjoyed watching anime with my friends. Lack of sleep is bad for my health, but I love singing and watching anime, so this day was a good stress reliever. I want to do karaoke all night again! Thank you for reading.

I spent the weekend back in my hometown of Ibaraki. At that time, my mother and I visited an old folk house cafe near my house for the first time.  The atmosphere of the cafe was calm and I liked it very much! I ate delicious curry here. The cake looked very delicious, so I will definitely try it next time I go! I won't be able to go home for a while, so I was happy to be able to spend time with my mother on Mother's Day.  I love old folk house cafes, so if you have any recommended old folk house cafes in Niigata, please let me know! When I went back to my hometown for consecutive holidays, I met my best friend from junior high school. On this day, I was taken by car to a hot pot restaurant called Akakara. I went to the store for the first time, but I was happy to be able to eat such delicious food! After that, I went for a drive to the nearby sea while drinking the drink I bought at Starbucks.  Hello!  I'll introduce you to the day when I visited the cafe.   I had lunch at Cafe Audrey near Niigata Station.　Here, there are plenty of healthy and delicious menus such as noodles using rice flour and galettes using buckwheat flour.  I ate Genovese with rice flour noodles.   Next, I went to "Tsmugu Coffee" to eat sweets. The cheesecake here was really good! I want to go eat again. I am satisfied because I can eat a lot of delicious food! Thanks for reading.
